When traveling to Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, or Hong Kong, the eSIM uses roaming networks to keep you connected. Make sure Data Roaming is enabled on your device when using the eSIM in these roaming destinations. Hotspot/tethering is supported, so you can share your connection with other devices when needed.
You can install the eSIM before departure, so there is no need to wait until you arrive at your destination. The plan activates when the eSIM connects to a supported network in a covered destination.
Important Notes:
- One-time installation: This eSIM can only be installed once. Do not delete or remove the eSIM from your device after installation.
- No device transfer: Once installed, the eSIM cannot be transferred or moved to another device.
- Install before travel: You can install the eSIM before departure. The plan starts when the eSIM connects to a supported network in a covered destination.
- No refunds or modifications: This eSIM is non-refundable and cannot be modified after purchase.
- Installation information: eSIM installation information cannot be retrieved after purchase.
- Data usage: Data usage cannot be checked through the eSIM service. Please use your phone's built-in mobile data usage statistics to monitor your usage.
