Excellent Service

My son organised 3 esims for my family from this company which I never heard of before, so was abit concerned. Unfortunately it was later found that my husband's phone didn't support e-sims and the company gladly refunded us. We unfortunately came across some problems when we were in China - sometime no service, other times limited service which was weird and worrying. Having said that, we also had issues with Sim cards purchased for other phones. In any case, the service support was always excellent whenever I had to contact them to complain, etc.
