Q: Does my phone support eSIM in Bhutan?
A: Mostly you may Dial *#06# and press call, If you find a EID number shown, your device is eSIM-compatible. You can also click to check full eSIM compatible device list.
Q: When and how will I receive my eSIM for Bhutan ?

A: Yes, you don’t need to make any changes to the settings, you can keep your contacts and conversations. You can use whatsapp / line and other apps like normal.
Q: Can I share data with other devices using this travel data plan?
A: Yes, you can use hotspots to share the data.
Q: What is the validity for Bhutan travel data plan after purchase?
A: 60 or 90 days after purchase, depending on the data plan you purchased, please active the data plan before expire data.
Q: How to check remaining data balance of my Bhutan eSIM plan?

Q: Can I transfer my installed eSIM to another phone?
A: No. Once the eSIM is installed, it cannot be transferred to another phone.
Q: When should I install my eSIM?
A: If you have not yet arrived at your destination, we suggest installing your eSIM one day before departure, in case you do not have a Wi-Fi connection upon arrival. However, after installation, please remember to turn it off until you are ready to use it. If you are already at your destination, you can install it anytime while connected to Wi-Fi.
If your device has an EID (Embedded Identity Document) number, it means it is eSIM compatible.
